I picked a fabric the second one I saw he was writing up the sale and I changed my mind. The funny thing about it was it was the first print I looked at I loved it reminded me of Monet Waterlilly scene. When I was struggling with the decision between the two Hakan suggested the Monet beCause it was softer . I’m laughing he was so right .
Both Deb and Paul have AMAZING customer service skills. They should be role models for how other companies/ businesses train their employees. They are both patient and understanding. BUT, more importantly, they know how to listen to the customer. On more than one occasion when I was waiting for them to come back to me, I observed them working with other customers who were being impatient. Both Deb and Paul new exactly what to say to make the customer relax and feel comfortable. They understand that just "making the sale" is not priority, but listening to the customer and relating with them is of utmost importance! Thank you, Deb and Paul!!!! I hope to do all my shopping with you at La-z-Boy!
I came in on Black Friday evening and was looking for a new recliner. The sales rep named Robin in the Saugus, MA store was remarkable! Her patience and willingness to suggest, inform and support was so helpful helping me get everything I wanted in a chair. Also as a handicapped person I found her to very accommodating! So important. The store setup needs recognition as I was able to scour the floor easily. This is my Lazy Boy store!!
Anyone that has a summer home knows the traffic , jumping, wet suits, spilled food and of course the wine that gets on the furniture in a few months = a year at home.
It lasted so long because it’s not used every day.
