Went into Bernie & Phyl's looking to buy a new mattress after a horrible experience at Bob's Discount Furniture. At Bernie & Phyl's, we were greeted right away by an associate. She was very helpful in showing us the mattresses in our price range. When Marty was free, he helped us narrow down our choice & made the process quick and easy. The delivery team was phenomenal! I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Bernie & Phyl's. Will definitely be back again!
I came here on a weeknight, so it wasn't busy at all. They had what seemed like a large selection to choose from, and the salesperson that worked with us was helpful. Watch out if you want to use their in house financing though, 29% interest!
We had an amazing experience!!! starting with the Sales representative helping us pick out a bed that we really need and then with the delivery, WOW the delivery guys were awesome! Friendly and helpful. On the same week we even went back a second time to purchase a headboard :) Again everything was perfect! Five stars to Bernie and Phyl's and STAFF! We highly recommend them! Don't waste your time elsewhere
I had gone to a few different places looking for furniture. I stopped in Bernie and Phylls last. I didn't feel hopefully to find anything and then I saw this beautiful leather reclining couch. I worked with Chris in sales who was absolutely awesome!! He was so nice and was not pushy (which I hate when they are pushy. He answered all my questions and was able to get us a gorgeous couch at a great price. I had actually went back to the store a few days later to ask a couple questions and found a beauitful floor model and he was able to close the deal on the and give us yet again a great price. Thank you so much! We will be back.
