I recently lost the legs to my living room set and after being on the phone with customer care I went into the store. The store manager Kurt was able to get me legs and went above and beyond beyond help me! It was a Christmas miracle
I had a furniture delivery scheduled for Saturday but it was cancelled due to snow. The snow really didn’t start to accumulate until late in the day. I wasted a whole day in my empty apartment for nothing. They rescheduled for Wednesday which was perfect. I had taken the day off from work for my move. I am later informed that oh no they can’t do it until Thursday which would mean I would have to take another day off from work. I tried everything to get them to deliver on Wednesday to no avail. They were RUDE and UNWILLING to work with me. I can assure you I will NEVER deal with Bob’s again and will make sure my friends and family will do the same.
Had a great experience with Noel today at Saugus store. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding our requirements and gave great recommendations. Plenty of choices of couches and Noel helped us find the perfect one. Looking forward to delivery.
A friend and I came to Bob's for furniture for her new living room. We were wowed by the quality and selection. Rosemarie was our salesperson. She struck the perfect balance between being helpful and letting us make our decisions. She worked hard to provide the best service and price. She was so friendly, I wanted to ask her out for lunch after we completed our purchase.The delivery guys were also excellent.
