Been here two times in the last few weeks. The first time they were completely out of milk? They brought the appetizer out after the meal. This last time, the appetizer came out completely frozen still.
Very spacious and the amazing IHOP food. The only challenge is to get seating here and then getting the servers to get your order and get it to your table. Though it was a busy time we managed to get the great IHOP breakfast and pancakes. The outlet is off highway one and the return requires a 2 mile drive before you can take a u turn. It is a big outlet with a lot of seating but a lot of waiting too. Call them to book your table though they don't guarantee the seating when you arrive.
Got seated. Waited 10 minutes for a server. Never got one. Manager came over asked if we were helped. Waited another 10 minutes. So we left. Didn't ever get bad service. Got no service. Driving 20 minutes to go to a different ihop right now because well get out food faster.
We usually go to the Arlington location but thought would try the highway 1 location, being in the area. Nicer atmosphere but prime rib was overcooked. The stuffed shrimp was excellent. Prices are quite good in comparison to other steak houses.
