One of my favorite places to go with my family. Food is good as well as their service.
Food was good but service sucked waited 30 minutes for my food
I ordered a sandwich which was delicious. Icecream had a great taste and good quantity. Sitting environment was nice. It seemed kind of understaffed and the service was a little slow but not too bad. Overall, a good experience.
Went here with my friend on the way to the airport the other day. We told our waitress, Ariana, that we were pressed for time before a flight so she got our order right in. This girl was great, she explained to the chef that we needed it quickly and it was probably the most streamlined, quick and enjoyable restaurant experience I've ever had. She was sweet and helpful, and the food was wonderful. Thank you so much Ariana & the Saugus Friendly's staff!
I showed up at 10:15pm to dine in, but they told me that it's closed but on your website it clearly shows that you are open til 11pm. Mind you that I am 9 months pregnant and when I said that their website said it closes at 11pm, they said I could order for take out only. They were extremely rude. I don't ever give anyone a review but that's the worst experience I've been through. 11/18/17
