lackluster the staff was rude and had zero idea of what they are doing took 15 minutes just to read the chip on my card because of the workers lack of understanding off her own machine. I would highly suggest going elsewhere I wish I had gone to the pandora at the galleria mall instead
me and my fiance went in to the place to get my ring resized and with us being there for a long time , they decide to give us no cost what so ever about getting my ring resized. also they are really great service I recommend you guys go if u need a ring fix or sized .they were a lot of help. I want to say thank so much for all help .
