Buyer beware my mother and I purchased travel insurance through this travel agency we were given a false sense of security their explanation as to why we were not really covered because the passport that we have does not allow you to fly out of another country they never told us that and the explanation was legally they didn't have to tell us so here we are thinking that when we are in Bermuda we had insurance that was not true but they sure took our money very quickly and they knew rightfully so that we would not covered no matter where we were be it on the ship or in Bermuda so please anyone who's going to purchase travel insurance make sure that you don't get duped
