Great place wonderful staff excellent selections for dogs cats and other pets not the cleanest or around but it's been there a long time
I have never seen such disrespect or terroble customer service in my life. Getting out of my car today i witnessed what im guessing was an employee since she had a petco shirt on standing in the entrance yelling at an older woman using extremely vulgar language. I got right back in my car and went to Petsmart up the street. Way to lose customers petco i will never shop here now if they think customers should be treated by telling them to go f@$! Themself and that is only one of the thing i heard. Shame on you Petco!!!
This location is great! Their staff are genuinely happy to help and helped me choose what I wanted. Great selection of fish, too.
Staff usually knowledgeable and helpful. Has multiple various small animals and fish. As well as Supplies for all including digs & cats. Have rewards program.
