The staff has to do a better job at keeping the environment safe. They let folks just race around the rink doing whatever tricks they want. So what happens when one of these punks collides into a 5 year old? Nothing....
I just want to say this, we as a group come here faithfully every friday and Sunday nights. Our kids look forward to coming here the staff is great we have become a family. The only complaint we all have even our kids is that the music is outdated, the sound of some songs are low quality and the music selection is awful. Our kids skate to it because they have not other choice. Recently one of our parents offered her free deejay services n spoke to the owner directly and he seriously quickly dismissed her. Stating he has top of the line equipment and spent a lot of money on the new system and declined her services that she offered for free!!!! To the owner, we want you to give her a try and see the difference the skaters would feel and how the atmosphere would be electrifying! Give her a shot! She’s worth it!
This place is awesome for roller skating....... They have loud music and food shop. Also there are lots of play machine....and have 3/4 party room. Nice fun place for kids....
I feel that the quality of skates are very poor I had to go out and buy my son skates because as were renting the skates at the end of the night he would get blisters from how old n poor the skates were. The place hasn't changed as its the same carpet and benches since ive been coming here 25 years ago! Really would it really break your pocket if you woukd do a makeover? We deserve as we have been coming here supporting your business since I was a teenager! The staff are great and are like family. We know EACHOTHER by first names! The music please try a change! I think a deejay would make this place so much better as the music is outdated and low quality! The food needs to be more improved. These suggestions should really be taking into consideration as we are committed to coming her. I dont know how much longer we can continue coming her. If it doesnt we are going to boycott and find another spot!
In addition, the incompetent staff had the audacity to tell me that I couldn't carry my daughter to get off the rink? Well, if they were doing their jobs, my daughter wouldn't have gotten hurt , and I wouldn't have to carry her off. Makes sense right? Great job roller world. First time bring my daughter there.. last time you'll see us there. Stay away if you don't want your kids to get hurt.
