The woman who greeted me and checked me in was friendly and helpful. She processed my information quickly. The young woman who took me in to ask additional medical questions and get my vitals was very pleasant and efficient as well. Unfortunately the bedside manner of the nurse practitioner left a lot to be desired. She never returned to the room to confirm my diagnosis and someone else who did not introduce themselves came in and gave my my instructions.
Staff were friendly, professional and efficient. I was able to be seen about 10 minutes before my appointment which I had scheduled online about 2 hours beforehand. The doctor got right to the point but never felt rushed. They called in much needed antibiotics to my pharmacy which I picked up about 20 minutes later. They were open on a Saturday when most doctors offices are closed and are a superior alternative to the ER, which can be a nightmare. I was in pain and needed a solution until I could make a doctors appointment on Monday and they delivered.
I have visited AFC Urgent Care in Saugus yesterday for severe sinus pain. Everyone was so kind and supportive! Haidi was a NP that treated me. She was extremely helpful, kind and supportive. I am already feeling much better using the antibiotics given. I would certainly recommend this place.
Clean, on time, great care! I was visiting my grandchildren and had to be seen by a doctor for flu symptoms! Very caring and I never felt rushed! Hopefully I will not be back because I would like to be healthy when visiting my daughter next time! Thanks for the care!
With 3 kids and a busy life we go here often for our urgent care and sick visit needs. I love that you can place your name in line online and that you can view the wait time online. Staff is great and NP Heidi is quite amazing. Absolutely prefer going here for those sick visits than my PVP.
