Too many *old bags* working at the Marshalls Route 1 Saugus. Try not to make returns at this store or have any other issues if you are a young, attractive and pretty woman, these old miserable--bitter; prude looking woman, would give you the biggest hassle for not helping you, even bringing a receipt of purchase. I went to another store where young--pleasant people work, and the experience was exceptional. Avoid, avoid, avoid these hateful old woman at these store.

Store OK, parking lot not. I've nearly broken my neck twice, tripping in broken cracks, once caught carriage wheel in crack, carriage brought me down. The hematoma in my thigh looked like I was hit by a car! The second fall deeply cut my elbow, and. I bled like a stuck pig! The elbow still stings ten days later! The layout of the parking lot, and the pot holes and cracks, TIME TO MAKE A NEW LOT, BEFORE SOMEONE SUES YOU!
Old Marshall's upgrade to new "Marshall's /HomeGoods". It looks like they added a little space, made all existing clothing sections smaller and used up much of the floor space to the Home goods portion. Also the Home Goods portion seemed more expensive than in other home goods. I was in a different HomeGoods two days before and many of the same products were significantly cheaper than in the other store. I noticed this on several different exactly the same items. I don't know if it's because it is new store or the location or what but just something that caught my eye.
