A very pleasant experience. Very informative and I left with a sense of actual caring. Every single staff member was very knowledgeable. I believe that part of my visit was also an education on how important it is to keep up good personal oral hygiene, as it can affect your overall health. Looking forward to my next appointment.
When I went to Aspen Dental in Saugus i was very pleasantly surprised. Dr Thompson was wonderful and all of the staff were very knowledgeable and professional. Prior to this I had a bad dental experience with a local dentist and was leary. And am happy to say they did beautiful work and are an organized machine. There were no questions or request that weren't addressed. I would wholeheartedly recommend this practice to family and friends.
Went there few weeks ago was having pain on my teeth they said all 3 wisdom teeth are impacted. They wanted a lot of money to have them removed. I went for a second opinion they said only one needed to be pulled. Aspen dental said I didn't have insurance which I did awful they tried making me pay out of pocket also wanted to pull teeth that didn't needed to be awful office trying to make money. Never got calls back after I told them that I did have insurance.
The visit was great ! I love the environment! The The Dr that was working was amazing ! I really recomended ! I look forward to go there for my future visit !
