Out of the 2 I frequent, I prefer the Saugus store.
Prices are great but the customer service not so great. Spent a little under 300 dollars on boots to come home to having the security plastic tag on the them. They didn't check to make sure they were off nor did the alarms go off when we went out. Along with the workers having much difficulty trying to use the computers properly.
I know it's Christmas season but nobody told Bob's. 2 cashier's at 5 o'clock on a Saturday. Everything was on sale but 2 cashier's there were people walking out
