This is my second time purchasing a vehicle at Yor Ford this n Saugus. Both times I was treated with respect, and there were no high pressured sales tactics. Their staff was professional and courteous, especially Jim Fauci, the salesperson I dealt with recently.
I called the service department to make an appointment for my company work truck. I was told they were few weeks out and that I could drop my truck off earlier if I wanted, and that they would try to work on it when they had time. So I dropped my truck off a few days later on a Saturday and to my great surprise I got a call Monday morning that my truck was repaired. I expected to be at least a week without my truck and here I got a call Monday that I could pick my truck up. Great job, great customer service, I would definitely bring my truck back there for service again when needed.

York Ford has been a trustworthy, reliable and friendly place to buy and lease cars for over 15 years and has an exceptional service department. Most recently, I leased a Fusion Energi plug in hybrid. After visiting three other dealerships in the area, I went to York with the idea of looking at all of the Fusion models/versions then making a decision. The sales staff was knowledgeable about the cars and technology and answered all questions while not trying to sell one model vs. another. After driving a few models and versions, we agreed on a price with minimum negotiation. This is the fifth car we've gotten at York Ford. While the the sales team is easy to work with, the service department is one of the key reasons we continue to go back to York Ford.
